When we at Route 46 Nissan found out our esteemed Japanese automaker had plans to refresh its midsize sedan, the Nissan Altima, for the 2016 model year, we initially didn't know what to make of the news. We were so fond of the outgoing iteration, we weren't sure how it could be improved.
