Traveling With Food for the Holidays

When traveling for the holidays, you'll probably be traveling with food. If you don't want to have any spills and you are trying to keep your food nice and hot, you will have to pack your food a certain way. The Route 46 Nissan team is here to help with your travel dilemma!

Be sure to pack foods in an airtight container and one that is insulated as well. You can buy insulated bags and pouches to transport food, or you can place sealed foods in a cardboard box lined with towels. Both work well. Be sure that your food items are secure and properly sealed to avoid spills and to keep you safe while you are driving. If you have a passenger to hold items, that can be helpful too. Just be sure that your food will not be sliding around while you drive. We want to wish you a safe and happy holiday season form all of us here at Route 46 Nissan in Totowa, NJ.
