Go Green With Nissan and the Urban Green Lab

If you’ve been to Nashville recently, you may have noticed a giant green classroom roaming the city! Artfully named the Urban Green Lab, creator and innovative teacher Catherine Walker, designed the 30-foot mobile classroom to teach youth about global sustainability and energy conservation. When Nissan heard about Walker’s idea, they knew they had to help!

Urban Green Lab is driven by a new Nissan TITAN XD, and Nissan has partnered up with Walker to help contribute financially to Walker’s nonprofit. As the only non-profit in Nashville dedicated to energy conservation, the mobile classroom provides a great way for students to get engaged and learn more about ‘going green’. Nissan is also committed to leaving a better planet for future generations, through global outreach and the development of electric vehicles, such as the Nissan LEAF.
